Be careful what you write in Dutch as some of it will be moderated. That makes it impossible for others to read

Ja, ik jou voorstel begrijpen. The thing is this is all part of a big project on the Netherlands (there is a link on my page). One of the entries is a pronounciation guide. which explains how to pronounce most vowels, consonants and dipthongs. Using that you should be able to pronounce most of these sentences.

Actually, "et" should be either "het" or "'t"!!

It should actually be: 'ik begrijp jou.'
'ik jou begrijpen' would translate as "I you 'to understand'"

Most Dutch people would actually use "Ik begrijp je" or even "Ik begrijp het"
