If my memory serves me correctly, Mark Volman and Howard Kayman appeared in London in the early 1980s (at a now demolished theatre in Victoria) in what I can only call "a review" of their earlier oeuvre. There's no mention in the report of UK tours at that time. They appeared alone. Was this an off-shoot of the Happy Together tour?
