I had a stroke ten years ago at the age of 25. If anyone out there needs advice / sympathy / survival tips, just ask. Remember - DON'T PANIC

I do not wish for anyone to know wht it's like! Although technically still an hemiplegic my activities are as follows: Driving, cycling, singing (bass in 2 choirs), T'ai Chi, birdwatching, to name but a few. All I need now is a job!
