I´ve got a soft spot for rural British landscapes. This entry gives factual information but I find it sort of romantic too. Maybe it´s my mind longing to come back to those beautiful landscapes, maybe it´s the hot of today here in Madrid, maybe it´s the magic I always found in Beatrix Potter drawings on Peak District...

Hi Mar! you are right, Beatrix Potter was from the Lake District. It really really rains a lot up there, so that is why there are so many lakes. It is much less wet in Staffordshire
