You haven't edited your Personal Space yet, which would mean that people can leave you messages and generally be friendly.

Another thing to do is to go into Preferences (along the top line or down the left hand side) and there you can change you're name to something more personal.

You know where to go to get text on you're Space, so that's a good start. You can write as much or as little as you like.

To get all the colours, pictures and funky stuff, you will need to get aquainted with basic GuideML. There is a button, when you are in the place where you are editing you're page, which will allow you to put it either in Plain text (which is probably what you're in at the moment) or GuideML, which is what you'll probably want. One thing to definitely do is to visit the GuideML Clinic (you can find it by using the search facility) which can tell you a lot better than i can!

If you want to analyse someones Space, and see what they've typed in GuideML, you can put "testuserspace" before the numbers in the Address bar on you're browser, taking out the letter that comes before the numbers at the end. For example, to test my Space, you would type in...
