No queues, not fumbling for money, cheques or credit cards,
hassle free shopping at any time you like

Yeah, but you can't chat up the checkout staff that way. 
And you certainly can't find the most attractive one. That's enough to keep me on the traditional method, for sure........
If they could integrate these factors into their online shopping facilities, maybe I'd convert.
