James Bond Jr kicks ass and is the greatest cartoon of my childhood. I would give my left testicle to get the series on DVD or VHS.

I must agree, James Bond, Jr. was one of the best. I would enjoy it so much more now that I've seen all the Bond, Sr. films, but it doesn't seem to be on any more

True... which is a shame. However, you should be able to track down copies of the videos - maybe on an auction site like eBay or maybe through other secondhand dealers.
I have one - very treasured - video with some superb Dr De Range action!
