Nicely done.
I had a friend who would always preface messages dictated to himself with the name "Diane", since this was the mysterious person Agent Cooper always dictated his messages to. Who Diane is was never explained. It was just another one of the mysteries of the show...

I did include Diane and loads of other stuff in an earlier incarnation of the entry in a monster cast list, but it was just too cluttered so I had to edit quite a bit of detail out.

...and the unmentionable 'Bob' character, you know, the one who portrayed the spirit. Oh, and the dwarf, and finally.. The central character...the Log held by 'the lady with the log'.
Sorry, it's just such a classically brilliant series that I feel you can't do it full justice without including all the characters details. However, nice article, brought back some fond memories.
Anyone know if this is available on tape, anywhere?
Alas, I don't have the time to do this, but maybe you could put it forward as a request for contributions?

Hello,
Yes. It's on tape. It's also going to be out on DVD soon, if the rumors are to be believed.

Jake

I *did* include details of all the characters, but there are just too many for those unfortunates that aren't fans. Plus going into detail about them can spoil so many of the delicious surprises that await the first-time viewer, for whose benefit I wrote this. Preaching to the converted about TP is, IMHO, unnecessary.
