is there anyone who can help me out i have a question william shatner wrote a book and also starred in a film with the same title anyone tell the name of the said film and book

I think you must be talking about "Tekwar" which was made in 1994. Mr. Shatner wrote the books and did appear it the movie (as well as directing it).
