I've hunted around the music room and can't seem to find a copy of the notes. Daughter #2 says we haven't got it, but I haven't asked daughter #1 yet.
Those notes that Gwyn has posted look good.

They're not in the right key for a recorder, though. I'll see can I transpose them.

Thank you for posting up the notes, except for when i try it on the recorder, it doesn't sound correct. I appreciate all your effort into trying to find the notes, but if you can't find it, then thats ok. I can learn playing the song by hearing...^^

I've listened carefully to the CD and these are the notes in the original key, which is not easily playable on the recorder:
A comma means low octave, an apostrophe means high octave, no tick means middle octave:
B, E G F# E B A F# E G F# D# F B,
B, E G F# E B D' C#' C' G# C' B A# A#, G E
G B G B G C' B A# F# G B A# A#, B, B
G B G B G D' C#' C' G# C' B A# A#, G E
Transposed into a suitable key for the recorder:
E A C' B A E' D' B A C' B G# A# E
E A C' B A E' G' F#' F' C#' F' E D#' D# C' A
C' E' C' E' C' F' E' D#' B C' E' D#' D# E E'
C' E' C' E' C' G' F#' F' C#' F' E' D#' D# C' A
