"how" is simple - I am over 18 but under 26 and have a Guider's warrant, therefore I am both in the Senior Section and am a Guider. I have endorsements for both Guides and Brownies and am an asst Guider in both sections.
"Why" - well I was needed locally in Guides, then the Brownie Guider left so I took over because I was the only one in the area who could get to that place at that time, while training up a new Guider from scratch. Then I moved and joined another Guide unit started up an online unit for all Brownies/Guides/Seniors who couldn't get to regular Guiding and became a Brownie Guider with that. After a while, I realised that I still wanted to do Senior Section stuff, so I joined the NetGuides senior section unit. I won't be in the seniors for much longer - I hit 26 in October.

Wow! You sound like a busy person!
My Guiding is a bit slow at the moment - I am sitting at home resembling Winnie the Pooh waiting to go into labour. Ante-natal classes are on Brownie nights so I haven't been for a while but am planning lots for when I get back to meetings after the baby is born.
What do you think of the new Brownie uniform?

I like most of it, but there still isn't a lot which would look good on the bigger built brownie. I don't think the new gilet will be very easy to sew badges on to.
