you dont have to be writing to anyone to write something. many people keep a diary which they never intend anyone else to read. if you enjoy thinking about these sorts of problems etc theyyou would seek out like minded people to share and discuss your thoughts with, doesnt matter if they are 'real' or not to talk to them.
