I was wondering if anyone else had noticed the diferences between the Hardback and paperback versions of Last Chance to See. I'm not sure how extensive they are as I've not checked the rest of the book for differences, but it seems that the whole of the section with Struan Sutherland has been re-written. Lots of bits (including most of the best jokes) are missing, and lots of new matirial is included. A lot of the factual info has been amended, and i assume, is now more accurate.
Was this a rewirite at the request of Mr Sutherland? Shame they had to lose the parting joke.
