A Conversation for Wheelie Bins
Terraced Houses
BrownFurby Started conversation Dec 23, 2000
People who live in terraced houses , where the back street is too narrow for the bin cart to drive down , have to leave their bins outside the back gate.
The bin men then wheel the bins to the end of the street to be emptied. However the bins are left at the end of the street for the owners to collect later , so it is important to paint the house number on the bin , to ensure one gets one's own bin back.
