I am afraid that this entry is not quite up-to-date, in particular with its reference to the European Commission on Human Rights.
Protocol 11 to the Convention, which came into force on 1 November 1998, provided for the replacement of the old Court and Commission with a new, unified European Court of Human Rights. The text of the Protocol is at (URL removed by moderator)
