The RE Public. RE Legion. Alexander the Great conquered the barbarians and enabled the changing of our history. The Republic tells exactly how they did it. They lied to the kids, and killed any adults who told the truth. They burned books. They changed our history because history can repeat itself. Nothing cannot.

The Assyrians read allegory as truth and started chopping people up. The book doesn't name the Assyrians specifically, but they were a good reason to restructer society.

Also, the word 'perfect' doesn't always mean 'ideal'. It also means past tense. I think Plato used this. He was describing parts of the past they had to eradicate. After all, if incest is a sin, and you don't know who your parents are, where do you get husbands and wives? You steal them. This was going on.

And by the way, if your best friend and mentor was going to have to drink hemlock, would you be there? I would. Every, every, every single person I've asked would also have been there. What makes you believe that Plato didn't attend Socrates' funeral?

In fact, if Plato wasn't at Socrates' funeral, I bet it's because Plato is Clark Kent. For heaven's sake, look at the letters.

Here's one more piece...

A noun is a subject or an object. It's the subject and object that are persons, places and things. There is a profound difference. Can you guess? An adjective is added to a 'ject'. Either a subJECT or an obJECT. In the same way, an adverb is added to a verb. Notice how they stuck the word ad on the front as a clue.

Not only that, but a participle, participates. Notice the same letters. Notice how we no longer rely on our teachers lame reminder that a participle is an 'ing' word. It is true, but it's not right. Participles, participate.

Conjunction. With a junction.

Preposition. Pre-position. These are position words. Not little words. Underneath is not a little word. But it's a position word.

Get it.
