It's just redirecting to the index page, even when entered manually. Searching the site for 'OpenCola' suggests a different URL (for 'The Great Giveaway * 02 February 2002 * Graham Lawton * Magazine issue 2328'), but you need to pay a subscription fee to read more than a few paragraphs.

Thanks for noticing that...I could have sworn it worked when I was subbing it I've asked the italics to remove the whole sentence

and i've pointed out that they can download the pdf from here:
http://alfredo.octavio.net/soft_drink_formula.pdf
and host it legally at the bbc.
unfortunately the website went after the creator sold his software (also called opencola) to another company.
