There is a commercial version of the 'Who am I?' called "Celebrity Head" available in Australia, except instead of post-it notes, you wear a headband with the name slotted in it. The game was a feature on an Australian variety show called "Hey Hey it's Saturday" for years, and has since been sold as a board game.
