Speaking as a Doctor, I would normally recommend penicilin but I'm afriad in Mr Smith's case, nothing short of cyanide will do.
Although he'd probably enjoy the thought of impending death in torturous agony - and right more bloody songs too!

Ah, yes! But... what about the glaringly obvious fact that if Robert Smith hadn't been beaten as a child and locked in the cupboard under the stairs, he probably would have been an accountant
