Fly ash is used to make lightweight insulating building blocks too - I think that H is used in some way to create bubbles in the ash which is then moulded into blocks and cured.
Could this be used to store CO2 by bubbling it through the ash instead of H? Store the gas and insulate houses too. Is this possible?
