I work in a kitchen, and all the dishboys (we only have about 5 or 6) are racist skinheads. We were actually having a discussion about it in the kitchen tonight. It causes a problem on Friday and Saturday nights, when a very nice young lady who happens to be black works in the dishroom. It really bothers me to no end that they could hate her so much just because of her color.

Sack 'em. If they're acting like racist idiots, that should be sufficient grounds, but if they're actually causing a nuisance to black people with their disgusting insults, that's probably a criminal offence. Apart from which, it's obvious they aren't skinheads, who could certainly think of nicer things to say to girls, above all beautiful black girls. They're just boneheads pretending to be the real thing.
