A Conversation for Joey Dunlop - the Motorcyclist
Yer Maun

Joey Dunlop was idolised in the Isle of Man and lots of people have suggested that the place be renamed Isle of Yer Maun after him. The lap of honour for Joey held during this September's Manx Grand Prix was attended by his family and it took over half an hour for thousands of motorbikes, from scooters and monkey bikes up to racing superbikes, to pass by as they lapped the Mountain Course on closed roads.
Good to see an official entry in H2G2 for such a great man.
