Although not a motorcycle fan, Joey Dunlop was a well known name to me, and it was a shock to hear of his death. Your article does his life great justice.

Cheers CR just glad that what started out as an Obituary for the post on the day that he died has been worked on to make it into a fitting tribute. I just had to get the details down on the day it all happened as I needed to get it all out there somehow.

Hi, have to agree, a great article on a great man. I could never understand a word he used to say when he was being interviewed, but he always struck me as a decent sod!!
