A Conversation for Paper, Rock, Scissors
The beauty of the game
alabamapoet Started conversation Sep 17, 2000
The beauty of the game is that no one element is supreme. Rock, perhaps the strongest elemenet, crushes the scissors, but paper covers the rock. The scissors beat paper by cutting, but lose to the rock. Paper, the weakest element, beats the strongest element, rock, but loses to scissors. There is something greatly egalitarian in a game that allows everyone and no one to win.
