A Conversation for Driving Etiquette - Portugal

I actually took my drivers license in Portugal- there's no need to be afraid, all you need to have is a fast car. If you always drive at top speed on the left lane and only slow down seeing the Police-
That is the way to go!
Usually about everybody is doing the same thing, if you close up on somebody he'll move, if he doesn't- sound your horn 'till he either goes faster or makes way.
Try, it's easy!
Cheers

Ah, that explains why Portugal has the highest rate of traffic deaths.

Take care,
Maike (last summer in Portugal, and survived to my surprise)

maybe in the high way, because they people drive faster than the permitted. i've seen way worst in england, in the middle of london, in the streets next to the people (children included). in the highway what you can do is drive on the rightmost lane, slowly, and nothing will happen smiley - smiley easy enough??
