During my recent visit to Bombay, I noticed to my astonishment a huge road sign posted by the Mumbai Police: "We are proud of your ROAD DISCIPLINE! Keep it up!"
What Bombay traffic would look like if its drivers weren't disciplined boggles my mind.

perhaps you have not travelled anywhere else in the country. Bombay (where I live) has ling been reknowned as the most prderly traffic in the entire country, and perhaps the subcontinent. Try Delhi and see for yourself.
