I did like them when they were "that little metal bit on the end of your shoelaces". The plastics can start to come off, and sellotape is never as good 
Can you still get the metal ones, or am I just being nostalgic?

Id prefer metal ones, when im sitting around and get bored i pick the plastic off without noticing...
