Shouldn't "There is often more than one way of writing the same rational number. " read 'There is *always*...'?

You may want to include something to show that integers can be written as both integers and infinite recurring decimals eg 1=0.9999...

The easiest proof - the decimal expansion of 1/3 is 0.3333...

3*(1/3)=1, therefore 3*0.3333...=0.999999...=1.

There is at least one other proof, involving geometric sequences, butI'd have to look it up.
