It's a very easy last minute fancy dress costime if you have a large cardboard bos, some tinfoil and a loo plunger

I hadn't thought of that, thanks.
I will remember that for the future when my son starts going to fancy dress parties.

Do people (specifically post nintendo children) still remember Daleks though?
You could use the same materials and make a Transformer(y=tm)..no wiat, thy're old school too - a Robocop? Nope...
Tell you what - I'm impressed anyone can keep up with the kids

I don't even know what my kid is into at the moment, although something that has a gun is a good bet.

I once went to a ceilidh in a plywood Dalek. Never again! I must have lost a stone during the one and only dance I did in the costume. Apparently it went on to a fine career as a drinks cabinet, which is nice.

I reckon it will be the title of my autobiography As to being too wierd for Daleks, have you ever seen what happens when they die. Most foten they do that spinny thing, that looks a bit like ceilidh dancing.

I didn't even know that they were part organic until I read this entry.
I do remember the spinny thing. I think.
