Many different authors have attempted at writing fantasy books, and many films were made on the subject. I will not mention any names, because some people might have other opinions, on which films/authors/books are better than others. Onky a few of these authors and films, actually took us deep into fantastic lands, with a past, present and possible future. One of those few authors is J.R. Tolkien, and the of course the author of Harry Potter. Others like Asimov, took us deep into the sci-fi land. Everybody knows how far and away into the genre of sci-fi and fantasy films like Star Wars, and others took us. Reply to this, with your thoughts...

Hi I am replying just to say that I believe that Harry Potter doesn not even deserve to be mentioned in the smae sentence as J R Tolkien as it is childish , immature drivel.

Of course it's childish and immature; its target audience is *children*. That doesn't necessarily make it drivel.
