In the paragraph 'Processing', the word 'times' is repeated twice consecutively... probably best to remove one of them, although I'll leave which one up to you

Also... in the previous paragraph, I'm fairly sure 'taster' doesn't need to be in inverted commas - perhaps a matter of style, but it seems pretty odd like it is... shrug.

There is also a typo in the second to last paragraph. In the following sample, the word "and" should be "an."

"...has become and important segment of the industry as well"
