sure does look that way - eez just the funny font...it really does say 'gutting' but at that - 'cutting' isn't far off...sheesh - pedantic details!

I agree with dragonfly. Is the management against us? How can us fishes survive if there is a potntial fish-gutter around every corner?

Fish have survived quite well, and there is a potential fish-gutter around every corner, and there has been for millions and millions of years......

Yes, and that knowledge is leaking out towards others, those who would like to become skilled fish gutters!!! It is awful!!! The article will influence others to treat fish without respect!!! 
And it does not indicate the consequences of such fish-gutting actions. There is not a word defending the life of a fish-- such a sacred being.
I am saddened by the knowledge. Ignorance is Bliss.
