Such as the awkward fact SOCRATES is spelt with an E and not an A? There's attention to detail for you, or is it just doctors' handwriting... (Is there a module at medical school where slow learners with good readable handwriting are taught how to scrawl? Maybe the learner chemists in the pharmacy school next door are brought in for cross-modular training: the moment the student doctor can write a scrip the student chemist is incapable of reading, they've passed Illegible Handwriting 101...)
