There’s Light Ahead

There is a tunnel through time and space


That connects my heart to you.


It twists and turns, forming many knots,


On it's passage between the two.


The road is short, or, it may be long,


But unbroken the link will remain.


For whatever life throws at you


I shall forever be at your side,


Helping you to absorb the pain.


True friendships are the ones that last;


Showing all that this tunnel shall never collapse.
