I could add Afrikaans to the list. It's spoken in South Africa, and came to being from a mixture of Dutch, German, French, and a lot of other languages.

Just like Norwegian, Afrikaans is a great idea as well...But I think the best idea is to create a new page, English-Afrikaans phrasebook or something like that...
