When you invoke "Miranda", and you base it entirely on the 6th Amendment to the US Constitution, you are giving your readers short shrift. This because the 5th Amendment is also, involved, as well as others. for that reason, I direct you to the following link, where you can find the whole Miranda Decision in context.
