I found this very interesting, as it explains it all in simple language, not the gobbledegook that most financial companies use.
One thing though, I reapid a mortgage early a few years ago, it was for £55000 pounds, they charged me £7500 for the privilege of doing so??
Yet if I had an endowment mortgage, they told me that it would cost me nothing to pay back early??
