Dear all Converse lovers and experts.

I have bought a pair of converse from ebay. it said ‘CONVERSE Tartan & Beige Skater Trainers Size 4 BNWT NWT’
It come with tag but the tag is easily remove from other Converse shoes without any damage.

The main problem is that the shoes doesn’t has rubber toe but is a brown rubber PAINTED that from photo it does look like real rubber head. Also around the shoes where it should be rubber is covered by Cotton Tartan with cheap looking stitched all round.

I really want to retrun it but the seller said he bought it from TK Maxx and he has the reciept for it. I then told him to show me the picture of the reciept so I can use it to resell. But he ignore me and said that I better find where it stated that Converse need to have ‘Rubber head’. He also said that he will contact TK Maxx and told them that I an accusing them of selling a fake product!? Though,I have never seen the reciept from him. It was him who telling me this T_T. I don’t like this at all. I paid for the product right away with real money from my bank.

If I could find someone who know well about Converse or the link that stated this. I can have my credit back and that product will no longer on sell to ripped off other people.

Sorry I'm a bit late with a reply, don't get around these parts much anymore.

I would suggest contacting Converse directly - I believe there's a link in the entry - and they should be able to tell you whether they are legit or not. Converse does make other styles of shoe besides the All Star.
