While I would have to agree that Cheese Wiz is an oddity of life (on a cheesesteak or not), it strangely works. It is one of those things that just has to be there.
Provolone is the correct cheese to order, but the wiz it not without its charm.
There is one thing missing from this conversation though. The Roll. The Roll is the main ingredient that most "Philly Cheesesteak" places miss. There is only one Roll that makes a cheesesteak a cheesesteak. Amoroso. That is the only bakery truck you want pulling up to your establishment. I am sorry to say that if you are using any other roll, then you just have any other sandwich.
