Typos not withstanding, it's a good article. It's good to know there are some things we can do to help ourselves. Watching someone disappear from you with one of these neurodegenerative diseases is very sad. One of my Great Uncles died recently, he had vascular dementia, and it was becoming more and more of a strain for my Great Aunt to look after him. He was physically good, but, just a ghost of his former personality. Tragic.
Keep up the good info, it gives people a chance to help themselves, and their loved ones.
