If the balls goes out of bounds after a shot, (not a pass) then whoever is closest to the ball at its point of going out, that team gets the ball. Also this game is the best game on two feet. Peoople who play it often play it for life. Or until their spouses tell them to quit.

Just a couple of other things:

The goal opening is square, 6' x 6' and nowadays titanium is a very popular material for the crosses, as you can hit people who've offended you (by being on the other team for example) very hard without breaking expensive equipment. (If anyone wants some octagonal aluminium tubing, approx 5' 6" in length, no longer straight, i've got loads....)

I have both offended and been the offendee of numerous wielders of titanium crosses. If you need broken or shattared bits of titanium of similar length, I also have got loads. F22 alloys, and Titanium Ultra TIs.

This game is amazing, I once saw a guy's leg get broken when he blocked a shot in the last seconds of a match. And he still didn't win the cup for his team. Whilst titanium is good (only for hitting people), it's too expensive for me.

Yea even though i don't get to play very often, being in Scotland titanium in my opinion is so much more fun than anything else, except when your coaching at a kids camp and all you have are a supplied set of titanium crosses for the kids to whack hell out of each other with ah well, let me say i was only allowed to coach lacrosse to kids over 10 after that (Not because of my coaching but the equipment being rendered unsafe). I just dont think the people who run the camp knew much about lacrosse and just bought the best possible equipment.
