What about the ninth Doctor, portrayed by Christopher Eccleston?

Well in his run, to the best of my knowledge he didn't actually wear any form of headwear. I'm aware that he did pose for a shot when he was in Victorian outfit, but I wasn't sure whether to fit it in.
But the from Tennants Doctor does include the Ninth Doctor's era.
They're all great, whether they wear hats or not
