Of course I could be wrong (I make a habit of it) but according to the last few proggies I watched, The Doctor's TARDIS is one of two remaining vehicles, the other one belonging to The Master.
Of course, if you're woggering to-and-fro in time anyway, how can you say that something is "The Last" unless you've been down to the terminus and checked?
