The problem is <>, or should I say, <>, some of us do care. Some of us might like Japanese manga and Japanese anime. I am one of those people, so, unless YOU have something better to write than 'notice how we don't care', then just don't bother. At least this fellow DigiMon fan could be bothered to write something!

Who cares about some Japanease show? Only children would watch it. Besides, it'll fade away soon...since it has no future left. Neither does pokemon. What about after Silver and Gold? It will fade away too...

You clearly aren't among the anime illuminati, therefore we shall forgive your ignorance.
The Japanese have realised that animation is a suitable medium for entertaining adults and children alike. Check out something like Perfect Blue for a real anime eye opener.
