you forgot to mention that since AOL bought Miraballis, the coding is going downhill, becoming crashy, inefficient, and full of usless features.
also it would be a mess to merge AIM and ICQ because one uses numbers for identification, whilst the other uses names...
in short, more then MSN messenger probs to sort out
