This is a bit of advice for anyone who stays up partying all night. I'm not talking alcohol here, so I can't fiX hangovers. But I like to go to those mis-named slumberparties where you eat loads of junk all night. The neXt morning I always feel soooo ill that i just want to die. I've found that the best trick is not to eat for 24 hours afterwards. In my eXperience it gives the body time to clear out the system, so to speak, and also because you've eaten so much there's loads of energy spare, which is why you can stay up all through the neXt day and go to bed at a reasonable hour. By the end of the day, you should have burnt off all the energy you had remaining and so should sleep well, and you won't feel ill for days afterwards! This works for me, anyway.

That is a great suggestion -- I will try it, with one addition -- everytime you do a fast like that -- drink loads of water -- and try not to be too very active (eg playing sports) as it can really exhast you. I love short fasts thoughb--- they really cleanse the body ..
