A Conversation for Evil and the Christian God

Have to say it's interesting, if a bit short.
Though I wonder - is there no way in which we can account for evil, but still keep God supreme?
Like said in the article, there's free will. God could have created us to automatically believe in and follow him. That would remove free-will and evil, but would remove our choice. We'd believe because we had to and that's not what God wanted. He wants us to want to follow him.
