Rulers are born every minute into positions where ruling is impossible, just as many people born into power have no talent for it. Such is life.

I do`n't agree. It's all a question of öearning. everbody can learn how to drive and to rule a society. Charles v was just a interested person who learnd how to rule, how lernd when to be violent and when to stay calm. Thas nothing you've got from Birth thats something you have to lern during your own history, your own past. So you can't make a Ruler, society makes no ruler, you make yourself a a capable ruler. Dont't you think so?
