Q actually had a large part in License To Kill, helping Bond go after a columbian drug lord without the 'official' support of HMSS (What's a Bond movie without cool gadgets?). Desmond Lleweyn(Sp? How do you pronounce that anyways?) seemed to have fun with the part, and it was an interesting twist from the usual Bond movie plot.
