A Conversation for Cuban Food

After tasting Cuban food in Cuba I have to admit that I learned something new. These people have so much time, so they cook things long, very long. Therefore almost everything you will find on the plate before you is somehow liquid. Ever tasted liquid pizza or pasta. Funny. I especially liked the liquid salami pizza: you need no knife to cut it but can use a spoon - souplike. So forget about some cuban restaurants in Miami, they've adopted to the american taste (aaargh), go to good old Havanna or Santiago; where the music's better and food is liquid.
